Description:Backbone Circuit HOUS-LOSA was briefly unavailable. Level(3) Communications reports a hit on the span between Tacna, AZ and Buckeye, AZ. Level(3), with the help of their vendor, determined the cause of the outage to be an OSP mirco flap that impaired the fiber. IP traffic re-routed during the outage.
