Description:	DWDM System CINC-INDI was briefly unavailable to the community. Level (3) Communications Engineers have reported the outage was due to trench digging by a local water department outside of Cincinnati, OH. There was damage to other fibers but Internet2's fiber was only bumped. Technicians were deployed to fix the neighboring fibers, which could have possibly caused our circuits to bounce again. This work has been completed and services are fully restored at this time. No further impact is expected.
