Description: | Level(3) Communications will be upgrading the code on
the Infinera hardware along this span. While most of
the nodes should experience no outage, several of the
amplifiers will require a cold restart. Level(3) is
budgeting 20 minutes of downtime for each cold-restart,
though they expect the actual outage to be much
shorter. The entire route will experience general
instability between 0500 and 1100 UTC as Level(3)
upgrades the individual nodes. |
